We bring our mobile showroom to the job site and do as much of the heavy lifting for our clients as possible. In order to succeed at this job, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done to achieve this vision.

This job will require a lot of driving between appointment sites, and this candidate must be a highly-organized individual who can keep a lot of balls in the air.

Design Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Be primary point of contact for our clients and manage all jobs from beginning to end

• Meet with clients in their home/jobsite and showcase the proper flooring samples to meet their needs

• Follow our process (including use of tablet and computer software)

• Project management - including engaging with our installers for a seamless installation

• Build network for long-term relationship building and lead generation

Design Associate Key Qualifications:

• Customer Service: Experience speaking to clients about key features and benefits. We take our reputation very seriously and are looking for the right candidate who aligns with our vision here
• Education: Experience working in the flooring industry is a must, preferably with in-home experience - knowledge of flooring types and production process
• Tech saavy: Will be using tablet and computer (Salesforce, Asana, and others) on ongoing basis
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
