Are you a dynamic sales leader with a background in medical aesthetics, luxury spa services, or wellness-based travel? We're looking for a high-performing
Medspa & Aesthetic Traveling Sales Manager to oversee growth and sales operations across multiple high-end MedSpa locations in the U.S.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, experience in multi-location sales management, and an understanding of healthcare-related travel requirements, such as those involving medical tourism, patient consultations, or aesthetic treatment coordination.
As a Traveling Sales Manager, there may be times when you're temporarily assigned to one of our spa locations for a period of approximately 60–90 days. This is simply part of our support process to help optimize sales performance in key areas. However, this isn't something you need to focus on right now, we'll guide you through the details if and when it becomes relevant..
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance across multiple MedSpa locations in states like Florida, Texas, Indiana, Ohio, and more
- Sell luxury aesthetic services such as injectables, skincare treatments, and wellness packages
- Lead, coach, and manage on-site staff to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage retention and upselling
- Collaborate with senior leadership to launch and scale new spa locations
- Travel extensively across assigned regions (all travel costs covered)
Who We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical aesthetics, MedSpa, or luxury spa setting
✅ Experience in managing sales teams or multiple locations (supervisor level or higher)
✅ Comfortable with U.S. travel several times per month
✅ Strong understanding of medical travel coordination, patient-facing consultation sales, or healthcare partnerships
✅ Professional, polished, and confident in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
