Job Description
ZT Systems is seeking a qualified Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies that safeguard company assets, personnel, and facilities. This role is critical to ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce security strategies, policies, and emergency response plans.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of security personnel.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
- Oversee physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to strengthen security practices.
- Educate staff on security awareness and compliance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or military.
- Proven expertise in managing security programs and personnel.
- Familiarity with Texas safety and security regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
- Proficient in security systems and technologies.
Preferred:
- CPP, CSM, or related certifications.
- Experience with emergency and crisis response planning.
