Creative Project Manager

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented professional to join our commercial team as a creative project manager. In this role, you'll lead internal client requests and manage high-impact projects-ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. The ideal candidate will embody USANA's core values and bring a genuine appreciation for the creative process.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of a project-from intake to completion-ensuring deadlines are met, approvals secured, and deliverables finalized
• Plan and negotiate project timelines and resource allocation
• Collaborate closely with the project management team on new product launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on high-level initiatives, providing regular updates and guidance
• Educate internal clients on time- and cost-saving opportunities that align with their marketing goals

What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of experience in creative project management
• Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management tools
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including designers, writers, and internal clients

What Will Set You Apart

• Familiarity with the direct selling industry

Please Note: This is a Salt Lake City based hybrid position which will require regular in-office days each week.
