Seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst to support program operations, analyze data, subcontract funding, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
This is an onsite role at NASA LaRC in Hampton, VA
Salary: $80K
Responsibilities:
• Develop and track program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze program performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
• Manage and track subcontract funding allocation and expenditures
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverables and milestones
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions
• Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Program Management Analysis experience
• Government Contracting experience required
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Experience in subcontract funding management and oversight
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
Preferred but not required:
• PMP certification
• Advanced degree in related field
• Experience with NASA contracts
• Experience working with Program Management Offices (PMO)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
US citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
