Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our Customer Service Representatives are essential in helping us accomplish the goal of being the highest regarded concrete and foundation repair company in the Houston area. You are the first point of contact for all our clients and therefore must always be polite when conversing with customers, knowledgeable about our services, and diligent when booking appointments and conveying information. It is also your job to inform clients of the multiple services we offer and to generate new business by upselling clients on our other services. If you love being on the phone, work well under pressure, are able to politely and professionally communicate with a variety of personalities over the phone while always providing excellent customer service, we want to hire you! 

Skills Required

Efficient typing of 30+ wpm.

  • Strong phone experience
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to build quick rapport with a clients
  • Comfortable making outbound calls (50% of time), and
  • Work well under pressure!

Job Duties

  • Handle all incoming calls from clients needing concrete and foundation repair in the Houston area.
  • Knowledgeable about our services and staying informed regarding current specials and offers.
  • Accurately scheduling appointments for the correct sales rep following all booking policies & procedures
  • Email invoices and estimates.
  • Close out tickets for technicians by precisely inputting task codes and collecting payments from clients

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service/Sales.
