Position Overview

As a Home Health LPN at Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice you'll provide skilled nursing care to the organization's clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and assigned by the supervising registered nurse.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience of home care or home health LPN Experience

• Licensure as an LPN in the State of Maryland

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

• Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing

• Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.

• Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications.

• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with clients and their families as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates and supervisors.

• Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
