Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant - Gratiot, OH (#TE1020)

Salary: $36,000 - $51,000 annually
Position Overview:
Support diverse specialty practices (Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and more) by coordinating patient care, assisting providers, and leveraging EPIC EMR to ensure seamless clinical operations in a dynamic physician office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides patient care in the physician's office setting. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care.
- Functions as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient record management
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant through the appropriate board (i.e., American Association of Medical
- Assistants or Registered through the appropriate board (i.e., The American Registry of Medical Assistants).
- Technical Skills:
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Clinical workflow coordination
- Soft Skills:
- Patient/family advocacy
- Multi-specialty adaptability
