How You Can Make a Difference:
As a Host, you're not just seating guests-you're orchestrating the flow of the restaurant and setting the tone for their entire experience. Your positive energy, attention to detail, and ability to manage guest needs will help the dining room run smoothly and create a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome Guests with a Smile- Create a friendly and approachable environment from the first hello.
Manage Waitlists & Reservations- Keep track of table availability and communicate accurate wait times.
Coordinate Table Seating- Strategically seat guests to optimize flow and guest experience.
Assist with Guest Inquiries- Answer menu or location questions and accommodate special requests when possible.
Communicate with Servers & Managers- Ensure seamless transitions and efficient service.
Maintain Clean Entry & Host Areas- Keep the front area tidy, sanitized, and visually appealing.
Assist with To-Go Orders or Phone Calls- Support service needs beyond just seating guests.
Track Guest Feedback- Share concerns or compliments with leadership to improve service.
Create a Positive First & Last Impression- Greet and thank guests with sincerity and warmth.
Support Team as Needed- Jump in with bussing, cleaning, or restocking when traffic is high.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Team-oriented, dependable, and always ready to help.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior host, cashier, or customer-facing experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to stand for long periods and walk between sections quickly.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Comfortable using waitlist and POS systems.
