Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving revenue and sales through leads, bookings, closing, membership and referrals with in and out of studio activities. The role is responsible for building a culture of accountability with the team and rewarded success through studio goals and KPI’s. 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
·       3+ years of fitness/or other sales experience, preferably in a big box gym.
·       Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps 
·       Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
·       Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales 
·       Consistently excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
·       Have a run though walls mentality and grit with a personal desire to better themselves and others around them.
·       Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
·       Be a creative thinker as to how best to achieve goals and targets while staying in the Row House guidelines.
·       An affinity and passion for fitness.
·       Solid writing and grammar skills.
·       Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
·       Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·       Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
·       Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
 
DUTIES:
·       Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, canvasing and Networking
·       Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
·       Follow 5 touch points to build prospect relationships leading to final membership sale
·       Train and hold sales staff accountable for daily activities and KPI’s.  
·       Proficiency in studio software to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
·       Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
·       Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
·       Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
·       Any other duties as assigned

·       *This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
 
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
