Join Our Team as a Staffing Coordinator
Play a vital role in keeping our care team running smoothly by managing schedules, staffing, and training efforts in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Your Impact as a Staffing Coordinator
You’ll be the heartbeat of our facility’s daily operations by:

Creating, managing, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure full coverage

Coordinating shift coverage for call-outs, PTO, and open positions
-
Communicating clearly with department heads and team members about schedule changes
-
Leading new hire orientation and maintaining accurate personnel records
-
Organizing in-service training and continuing education such as CNA certification and CPR
-
Monitoring staff performance through daily rounds and addressing in-service needs
-
Ensuring all HR, state, and federal compliance standards are met
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who is:

A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or higher credentialed caregiver in Texas
-
Experienced in long-term care and employee scheduling
-
Proficient with organizing staff coverage, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing call-ins
-
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator
-
Genuinely compassionate toward elderly and disabled individuals

Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking

Fluent in reading and writing English
