We’re looking for a Design Supervisor who’s ready to lead with vision, inspire with expertise, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, for our Site Built West Design Team.

Location: San Antonio

What You’ll Do

As a key leader in our design division, you’ll:

  • Lead with Purpose: Manage a dynamic portfolio of design disciplines, ensuring top-tier performance and adaptability to evolving market demands.

  • Inspire Excellence: Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.

  • Drive Innovation: Develop and refine design standards, tools, and practices that keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Empower Teams: Build and maintain a skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking workforce through strategic planning and leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in single-family and/or commercial design

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

  • Proficiency with Mitek software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement
