Reno Harley-Davidson, the top-performing dealership in the Wise Riders Owners Group, is seeking a professional and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly customer-focused, and has a passion for motorcycles and parts operations.

Position: Parts Advisor

Location: Reno, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts identification and sales.

• Actively recommend additional items and accessories to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

• Maintain parts inventory, organize displays, and ensure showroom presentation meets brand standards.

• Process special orders, warranty claims, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.

• Deliver prompt and professional service in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Support department goals by contributing to daily and monthly sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or dealership parts experience preferred (motorcycle or automotive industry).

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and follow-through.

• Sales-driven and results-focused.
