Dental Office Manager – Private Group Practice
Lake Zurich, IL | Not Corporate. Just Caring.

Are you a seasoned dental leader with a passion for people, performance, and patient care? Our privately owned dental group is searching for a Dental Office Manager to lead our Lake Zurich team with heart, accountability, and operational excellence.

We're not a corporate DSO—we're a tight-knit, doctor-owned group that believes in building something meaningful. We invest in advanced technology, supportive leadership, and great people. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and love helping patients and teams succeed, this could be your next big move.

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • 100% Doctor-Owned – No outside investors. Just a group of dedicated clinicians and professionals doing dentistry the right way.

  • Respected & Top-Rated – Our practices have thousands of 5-star reviews and are known for high-quality care and service.

  • Supportive Team Culture – We live the Fish Philosophy: Play, Make Their Day, Be There, Choose Your Attitude.

  • Autonomy & Collaboration – Work directly with local doctors and regional support to lead your team and grow your practice.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience.

  • Lead, coach, and support a strong front office and clinical team.

  • Drive production, schedule optimization, and financial performance.

  • Manage AR, collections, insurance processing, and treatment coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards.

  • Create a warm, positive culture rooted in trust, communication, and accountability.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager or advanced front office leadership role.

  • Stable work history with tenure at the same practice or group strongly preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and scheduling.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency with dental software (Denticon experience is a plus).

  • Someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and energy.

What We Offer:

  • Health Insurance – HMO, PPO, HSA options.

  • Dental & Vision Insurance – Through BCBSIL.

  • Generous Paid Time Off – Includes Well Pay, Basic PTO, and Holidays.

  • 401(k) – With 3% annual safe harbor contribution after 90 days.

  • A High-Tech, High-Touch Practice – Be part of a forward-thinking group where your leadership truly matters.
