Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional VP, Product and Engineering to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:
Deliver a delightful developer product built on the Workato core, but catering to self-service developers exploring agentic AI.
Set product vision, strategy, and OKRs in partnership with the CTO & GM.
Lead a 15‑person PM + Engineering squad; recruit, coach, and manage performance.
Ship and maintain Workato CLI, VS Code extension, and language SDKs.
Ensure integration with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and whatever future libraries come next.
Instrument telemetry and run experiments to optimize activation and retention.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
10 + years building developer‑facing tools; 5 + years leading teams ≥ 15.
Track record of shipping high‑quality developer experiences with meticulous attention to detail and developer ergonomics.
Proven success with product‑led growth models.
Deep fluency with LLM/AI developer stacks, agents, and API design
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Visionary storyteller who inspires engineers and builders.
Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong execution discipline.
Interest in deep engagement and co-building with our developer community.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
