QA Technical Analyst

As a QA Technical Analyst at Euronet Worldwide, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about technology and quality assurance. You'll collaborate closely with developers and other technical teams, analyzing software requirements and creating comprehensive test plans.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Executing functional and regression tests to ensure software meets client expectations.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and results.
• Identifying, recording, and tracking defects, and facilitating their resolution.
• Providing technical support during product implementations and for customer inquiries.
• Participating in team meetings to provide insight on test approaches and application features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with payment processing software and related technologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS and understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
