Job Description
Oversee unit staffing schedules for direct care staff.
- Inform the PRTF Staffing Coordinator on PRN staffing needs.
- Maintain communication with direct care on schedule changes.
- Ensure that all doctor’s appointments and off-site medical visits are covered with staff, vehicles, and petty cash when needed.
- Will accept all 1st and 2nd shift direct care call-ins and ensure coverage.
- Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served.
- Follows all safety policies and adheres to all worker's compensation program guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
