Are you a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in health, wellness, and sales operations? Join us at Stretch Zone as a Sales & Customer Experience Intern, where you'll learn how a dynamic wellness studio operates while building valuable professional skills.

As an intern, you’ll assist with day-to-day studio operations and play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for guests and members. Under the guidance of studio leadership, you'll learn how to support membership growth and retention through excellent service and communication.

Responsibilities:
Learn and support sales efforts by assisting with membership inquiries and understanding the sales process.

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing basic member questions.
Support member retention by observing and learning about operational workflows, customer satisfaction strategies, and follow-up best practices.
Promote the Stretch Zone brand by learning how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and shadowing experienced sales team members.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive studio culture and support studio goals.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
