We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Resource Management Director to lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and talent optimization across key business units. This leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time, supporting project delivery, staff development, and long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Resource Managers, providing strategic direction, development, and support to enhance individual and team performance in alignment with organizational goals.

  •  Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence to promote a high-performing and cohesive team dynamic.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departmental leaders to assess project staffing requirements, aligning talent profiles with skillsets, experience, and availability Strategically optimize resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery while maximizing operational efficiency and workforce productivity.

  • Execute capacity planning initiatives to effectively address both current workload and anticipated future demands.

  • Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess resource effectiveness and inform decision-making.

  • Deliver strategic, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support business planning and organizational growth.

  • Collaborate with global counterparts to support standardized resource management practices and promote the adoption of industry best practices across regions.

  • Partner closely with the Finance team to align resource planning with financial objectives and support the achievement of key business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic planning and resource management in a professional services environment. 

  • Proficiency in the use of resource management software and tools.

  • Strong analytical ability to assess resource capacity, forecast demand, and optimize allocation. Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to support strategic planning.

  • Demonstrated success optimizing resource management to enhance project outcomes, financial performance, and overall business impact.

  • Experience using Workday for resource planning, reporting, or workforce optimization desirable.
