This Opportunity

The Marketing Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and executing compelling marketing materials across print and digital platforms. From proposals and presentations to information graphics and social media content, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions that support our marketing and brand objectives.

The Marketing Graphic Designer will work out of our Los Angeles, CA office. 

Your New Role

  • Create and maintain design integrity for all marketing print materials such as proposals, brochures, books, event posters/signage/banners, infographics, and presentations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling digital assets such as social media content and email/web graphics
  • Stay current with evolving design trends and proactively incorporate fresh ideas to keep our marketing visuals innovative, relevant, and forward-thinking.
  • Prepare production-ready files and manage multiple deliverables
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for print production.
  • Manage the firm’s digital image assets
  • Image retouching

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • Physical and/or digital design portfolio showcasing a strong design sensibility, excellent knowledge of typography, page layout/composition principles, and color theory
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and consistency.
  • Outstanding file-organization, and archiving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with basic photography, videography, web design, motion graphic 
  • Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry

 

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000. Applicants, please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The wage offered or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.


This salary range is based off the Los Angeles area.
