Duties:
Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist the MDs care coordinators with medication refills, orders and other clinical needs of the patients.
Assist with translations
Utilize computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
