Alabaster - Pick-Up/Delivery Driver - Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Pick-Up/Delivery Driver to join our service team. In this role, you will assist local customers by safely transporting their vehicles to and from the dealership for service appointments. You will represent our dealership with professionalism and care, providing clear communication and delivering a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to/from the dealership in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Explain service processes or performed work when needed.

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive attitude and polished appearance.

• Operate all vehicles—automatic and manual—within legal speed limits and with a strong commitment to safety at all times.

• Keep accurate records of all pick-up and delivery transactions.

• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow.

• Report any vehicle issues, traffic incidents, or delays immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

• Reliable, punctual, and composed under pressure.

• Prior driving or customer service experience is a plus.
