Job Description
Summary/Objectives
This individual will be responsible for prospecting in assigned territory working to find potential managed print opportunities, expending, maintaining, and upgrading the current customer base. This role will consistently meet and exceed the monthly sales quota and demonstrate managed print products and services. This representative will also be responsible for identifying and providing solutions to current business problems.
Essential Functions

· Conduct print assessments in customer environments including software installation and reporting.
· Provide knowledge and skills in managed print services, printers, and software tools used for environment management.
· Conduct MPS analysis with customers.
· Daily cold calling and telemarketing.
· Properly enact conflict management with new and current customers depending on their needs.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
Physical Demands
This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Monday – Friday
8AM – 5PM with occasional time outside of these hours depending on business demands.
Travel
This position requires some travel.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma.
Sales Experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
