Now Hiring: Entry-Level Construction Estimator (Commercial Projects)
Cedar Park Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team for a commercial project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in the construction industry with a reputable and established company.
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications

Conduct quantity takeoffs and assist with subcontractor bid procurement

Work collaboratively with project managers and field staff

Support the preparation of cost estimates using estimating software
Qualifications:
-
2 or 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
2+ years of experience in general construction preferred

Self-starter with a strong desire to grow professionally

Experience with computerized estimating programs is a plus
