Position Overview – Cashier:
A Cashier is a vital front-line team member responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role is key in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with accuracy

• Maintain an organized and clean front desk area

• Answer basic inquiries and direct clients to appropriate departments

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change when necessary

• Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the system

• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly

• Assist with minor administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred

• Basic math and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
