Job Description

Residential HVAC Installer (Journeyman Level)
$30 - $37/hour w/OT available
4 Day Workweek Option

We're immediately hiring experienced residential HVAC installers who want steady work, a great team, overtime hours, and room to grow - without the BS.

What You Bring
  • Journeyman-level HVAC install experience
  • Comfort with system start-up and troubleshooting
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
What You'll Do
  • Lead HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
  • Test and inspect equipment to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
  • Inform customers on recommended maintenance tasks for equipment.
  • Mentor and supervise apprentice installers, providing guidance on techniques and tools of the trade.
  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory to meet service demands.
  • Deliver an amazing system and install experience to our customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation; HVAC training/certification; may be required to training apprentices; may be required to run jobs from start to finish. Must be able to work in awkward and confined spaces, lift heavy materials and tools up to 60 lbs., and perform all related physical tasks.
