Are you passionate about data strategy, CRM, and driving business value through smart marketing technology? AZEK is looking for a Director of Digital Product Marketing Data Strategy (CRM & CDP) to lead the transformation of how we connect with customers through a unified, data-driven digital ecosystem.
In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you'll drive the vision, product strategy, and implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM systems. Reporting to the VP of Digital Experience, you'll be central to orchestrating personalized, scalable, and measurable customer experiences across marketing, sales, and service.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap for CRM and CDP, aligning with AZEK's business goals and digital transformation.
- Activate use cases that drive business impact: segmentation, lead enrichment, journey orchestration, real-time personalization, and more.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Data Engineering, and Legal to align data governance, consent, and platform readiness.
- Lead teams and partners through the successful implementation and adoption of Adobe CDP, Marketo, and Salesforce integrations.
- Translate insights into action: build dashboards, enable A/B testing, optimize customer journeys, and continuously innovate based on real data.
- Deliver measurable results in KPIs like lead quality, campaign performance, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in digital product management with deep experience in CRM, CDP, or Martech.
- Proven leadership with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe CDP, and Marketo.
- Demonstrated success using AI, computed traits, and behavioral insights to drive segmentation and personalization.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and consent management.
- Strategic thinker and agile problem-solver who can translate customer data into business value.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management skills in matrixed environments.
Bonus Points
- Experience in contractor/homeowner engagement models or B2B2C.
- Familiarity with lead-matching algorithms or AI-driven personalization tools.
- Background in customer journey mapping or omnichannel orchestration.

Your First Year Success
- 90 Days: Set the vision, align teams, and define foundational roadmap for CRM/CDP implementation.
- 6 Months: Deliver value through Phase 1 activation (segmentation, scoring, personalization, lead feedback loop).
- 12 Months: Scale the ecosystem, launch CMS integration, and demonstrate measurable impact on lead conversion, personalization, and campaign ROI.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $170,000 in our lowest market up to $190,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
