Job Description
Coordinates and organizes an efficient workflow within the Diagnostic Imaging department
Provide support to the Diagnostic area by interviewing/screening patients, completing all patient related paperwork, scanning into PACS, verifying exams are sent to PACS, stocking rooms, assisting, sliding, and transporting patients, and general departmental operations. Cleaning and turning over rooms after every patient including, but not limited to: radiology equipment, table, changing linen and trash, and bed set up.
Reports to: Manager, Imaging Operations.

Education/Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses/Certification:
- N/A
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of one year experience in radiology clerical position.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Synapse/PACS Experience
- Previous Cerner experience a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using good body mechanics. Must be able to push/move heavy equipment to include stretchers and wheelchairs.
