- Serving as the primary internal representative of our organization
- Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
- Providing expertise on our products, services, and capabilities to customers
- Communicating customer requirements to the support team according to company policies
- Handling phone calls, emails, customer inquiries, orders, in person or over the phone
- Determining service charges, collecting deposits
- Proactively engaging potential customers by answering questions and promoting additional products and services
- Previous experience in conducting customer needs assessments and maintaining high service quality standards
- Strong Computer Skills with Software programs a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for helping people and finding solutions for customers
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively
