Jr. Support Engineer

• Support and administrate users on O365
• Work with and troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 10 operation systems
• Troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers (local and networked) and other peripheral devices.
• Install and configure software and troubleshoot software issues
• Create documentation and instructions for both users and internal processes
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience supporting and administrating users on O365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as given.

Compensation Range:

$45,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
