Job Description

The Administrative and Sales Support Coordinator provide critical support for sales, CRM management, and transaction coordination, contributing to the success of the 55+ active adult community and aligning with the broader Massanutten Resort brand. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of real estate terms, and basic knowledge of CRM programs, e.g Salesforce. 

Duties/Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

  • Office Management/Administrative Support
    • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining office supplies. 
    • Oversee financial management tasks such as budget tracking, payroll processing, and expense reporting. 
    • Provide administrative support to leadership and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Transaction/Contract/SMRM Support 
    • Assist with coordinating contracts, transactions, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Lead Management/CRM Support  
    • Respond to online inquiries and manage leads within the SalesForce CRM system. 
    • Leverage CRM tools to generate reports, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for lead conversion and detentions.          
    • Regularly interact with Bluestone Peak Consultants to build 

  • Marketing, Event Planning, and Client Relations
    • Support marketing efforts by providing content for social media posts, newsletters, and client outreach campaign. 
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop content with Residential Marketing/CRM Manager and Interim CEC Manager. Budget plan, co-host, coordinate, and execute an Active Adult in their teams. 
    • Organize and manage events, including scheduling in collaboration with Residential Marketing/CRM Manager and Interim CEC Manager.

  • Public Relations Client Employee Engagement 
    • Act as the "first face" of Bluestone Peak, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism wealth. 
    • Provide information about Bluestone Peak and Massanutten Resort offerings to clients and prospects. 
    • Serve as a central communication hub for other resort departments, including the CEC Manager, Construction, Marketing, and Hospitality Programming, ensure seamless information flow and alignment across all functions relative to the success of Bluestone Peak residential home sales.
