Job Summary:

The Director of Process and Technology Solutions plays a crucial role in leading and coordinating efforts to strategize, plan, and execute systems initiatives of varying scales. This position requires strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide support functions as part of a collaborative team. The Director will assist in the planning and execution of systems initiatives, ensuring that risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience are integrated into the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or facilitate coordination of support functions as part of a team to strategize, plan and execute on variable-scale systems initiatives
  • Assist in the planning and execution of systems initiatives, incorporating risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Act as liaison between lines of business and technology partners
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and pipeline management, recognizing risk exposure and efficiencies
  • Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Work independently and collaborate and consult with members of the team and team leaders in developing plans to execute on strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrate leadership in management of relationships and implementation of strategic initiative with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in related fields, business systems analysis or design.
  • Ability to lead collaborative efforts and communications between technology and business groups.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in business systems analysis, design, HTML, Structured Query Language (SQL), Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban work environments.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
