CNU Fit is hiring passionate Personal Trainers and Stretch Therapists to join our mission of transforming lives for people over 40. You’ll guide clients to move better, get stronger, and live longer—helping them do the things they love without pain or limitation.

🧠 What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized, semi-private personal training sessions

• Provide expert-level stretch therapy focused on pain relief and recovery

• Track client progress and celebrate their wins

• Upsell additional services to support client transformation

• Lead with empathy, clarity, and extreme ownership

• Support your team and uphold our culture of excellence

👥 Who You Are

• A certified personal trainer (NCCA-accredited, preferred)

• CPR/AED certified

• Stretch therapy experience preferred (we provide in-house certification)

• Comfortable coaching clients aged 40+

• Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and calm under pressure

• Obsessed with results—for your clients and your own growth

• A team player who communicates clearly and shows up prepared
