Essential Duties:
This position will work with Project Coordinator to maintain and monitor Hotline 24/7. Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to plan, direct, organize, and execute against project requirements; identifies and acquires necessary resources and coordinates efforts by all parties to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in accordance with sponsoring source's expectations. Assist the Project Coordinator with Hotline program goals and objectives. Assist with culturally specific program activities and Spanish language translations. Assist the Project Coordinator to develop and schedules program work in accordance with specifications and funding limitations; provide daily operations and coordinates activities of program along with the Project Coordinator. Assist the Project Coordinator to coordinate activities of program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments, or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications. Assist the Project Coordinator to prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies. Assist the Project Coordinator to evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action. Reviews applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program. Provide direct services to program participants, members and volunteers utilizing most appropriate promotional or marketing methods, such as individual letters, brochures, or presentations at meetings. Under the guidance of the Project Coordinator, develops, compiles, and writes communications and promotional literature for distribution such as newsletters, brochures or flyers; coordinates process from development through printing and distribution. Develops and facilitates workshops, meetings or conferences, coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications. Interacts and maintains liaison with clients and stakeholders and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. Will answer AZ Human Trafficking Hotline calls when supervisees are not available and will have on-call responsibilities regularly.
Salary Range: $19.23 - $20.67 per hour; DOE
Desired Qualifications:
Human trafficking lived experience.
Experience in direct services for clients who have experienced homelessness, trafficking, addiction, mental illness or victims of crime.
Spanish fluency in writing and speaking required.
Working Environment:
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.Driving Requirement:
