Entry Level Position Information:
Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
ENTRY LEVEL: 3-6 months experience in Human Resources
Warehouse/Driver support environment: must be flexible to cover employee engagement as needed

Job Summary:
Responsible for human resources (HR) administrative support at site, including employment, pre-employment process, applicant tracking, new hire orientation, personnel change notifications and payroll. Supports the Company's quality management programs by providing effective customer service to both internal and external customers. Update and maintain employee information within HRIS. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with recruitment process; prepare position requisitions, hourly offers, pre-employment screenings
- Assist with new hire orientations to ensure onboarding is complete. Assists applicants with onboarding as needed.
- Maintains all personnel records. Ensures original records are filed as needed.
- Verifies payroll information and communicates changes. Verifies time cards and assist with corrections.
- Submits all personnel changes utilizing payroll change notification forms, including notifications regarding changes in pay rates, job titles and account codes/locations as well as payment of bonuses/incentives and tracking of employees on leaves of absence.
- Support and attend employee engagement efforts for OPCO.
- Support as needed for site meetings and training events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
- ENTRY LEVEL
- 3-6 months Human Resources experience (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- HR Software experience
- Warehouse/Mfg environment
Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years human resources, business, or related area
