Reports To: Department Manger
Direct Reports: None
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an additional $1.00/hour for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Overcast glove cuffs; Inspect finished gloves for flaws

Essential Job Functions:
- Operate industrial overcasting machines with care and precision
- Sits at overcasting machine for extended periods overcasting gloves
- Stands at inspection table for extended periods to inspect and trim finished gloves
- Turns gloves and double gloves when needed
- Takes pride in ensuring an excellent finished glove is ready for shipment to customers
- Other duties as assigned by Department Manager
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided

- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and stack totes of gloves that may weigh 30-35 pounds; Standing for extended periods of time; Sitting for extended periods of time;
