What You’ll Do:
- Lead project meetings and generate detailed reports
- Oversee permitting, bid reviews, and subcontractor agreements
- Track project costs, forecast budgets, and manage change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with municipalities, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues quickly
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable commercial contractor
- Multi-family construction experience is required
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and using Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction software
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred
- Proactive communicator and natural problem-solver
