Job Description
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, handling complex scheduling, meeting coordination, communication management, and overseeing administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous, and have at least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively and proactively.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other documents accurately.
• Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for executive leadership.
• Support project coordination and manage special projects as assigned.
• Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled discreetly and professionally.
• Organize, maintain, and manage files and documentation efficiently.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.
• Previous experience in construction or related industry preferred but not required.
