Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Office Services Coordinator to support daily office operations in our Dallas office. This individual will play a key role in fostering a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic, with a passion for maintaining high standards and supporting a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for office guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and calm under pressure.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a clean, organized, and functional manner at all times.
- Coordinate general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling conference rooms, and supporting office events.
- Assist with onboarding and workspace set-up for new hires.
- Collaborate with facilities, IT, and vendors to address maintenance and equipment needs.
- Support scheduling and preparation for meetings, including catering, technology setup, and materials.
- Champion company culture by supporting employee engagement activities and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory and restock common areas, supply rooms, and kitchens as needed.
- Lift and move light office materials or packages (10-15 pounds).
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2+ years of office coordination, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Culture champion who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented attitude to the workplace.
