About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Development Analyst to support mergers and acquisitions, strategic venture investments, and high-impact corporate initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for fintech innovation. You'll play a critical role in evaluating growth opportunities and executing transactions that shape the future of our business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives, from initial diligence through to closing
- Assist with sourcing and evaluating venture capital opportunities for Cross River Digital Ventures
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform corporate strategy
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and presentations to support investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level reports, memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to support the implementation of strategic projects
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience or strong interest in fintech
- Interest in emerging technologies, startups, and innovation
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders or cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00
