Service Manager - Lawless Jeep Dodge Ram (Woburn, MA)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate our service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Manage daily dispatching operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage customer relations and ensure top-level service satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs including labor sales, productivity, and CSI scores
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in service management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of repair processes and automotive systems
- Familiarity with DMS systems is a plus
