JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Fire & Packout Lead Specialist, you will be managing your crew on job sites for residential and commercial properties that have suffered water or fire damage. You will work closely with the department coordinator and lead your crew to complete tasks on time. You mainly will be dealing with packing, moving, and cleaning people's belongings as well as the affected structure. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are a must.

DUTIES:

• Residential and commercial cleaning
• Lead crew on job sites
• Customer Service
• Cleaning after water or fire damage
• Packing & Moving of personal belongings after water or fire damage
• Complete documentation requirements
• Work with department coordinator to ensure tasks are completed on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to operate cargo vans and moving box trucks
• Professional appearance
• Great with multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting
• Able to lift 50+lbs
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Requires a valid driver's license
• Able to work independently or as a team
