Pathways Management Group operates a nationwide network of innovative non-profit public schools. We are committed to partnering with state and local school districts to strengthen communities and provide high-quality educational programs for at-risk and underserved youth who have struggled in traditional school environments. Through our dynamic blended learning model and personalized approach, our schools empower students to overcome challenges, earn their high school diplomas, and achieve their post-secondary goals.
We are seeking a Project Manager who is:

As a Project Manager at Pathways Management Group, you will:
Manage School Opening Projects: Take ownership of the successful execution of school openings, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are coordinated effectively.
Support School Initiatives: Contribute to policy research, outreach efforts, and other education-related projects that support our schools and align with our strong commitment to educational equity.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with diverse teams, contributing your expertise to ensure seamless project execution and positive outcomes for students and communities.
Location and Work Environment:
Pathways Management Group is based in Pasadena, CA. While the majority of our team enjoys the flexibility of working from home, this role requires a commitment to spend 20-30 days per year at our corporate office for company events and professional development opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of project management methods
Knowledge of education industry and charter school organizations
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Experience in people management, strategic planning, and change management
Ability to coordinate and manage time
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree preferred.
1-3 years of project management experience preferred.
Experience in a charter school or education organization preferred.
