Job Description
The Room Attendant at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards
- Replace linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies
- Follow safety and sanitation policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work weekends and holidays
