As a Millwright Lead, you will leverage your extensive experience in maintaining industrial production machinery to lead a high-performance team. Your natural ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex mechanical issues will be crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 4 AM. The role also includes a shift differential.
What you will do as a Millwright Lead:
- Work with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery, including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems involved in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure our systems run smoothly by overseeing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
