Litigation Associate

Burr & Forman LLP's Charleston office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience. Burr will consider various types of federal and state court experience. Qualified candidates should be proficient in legal research and writing, pleadings, discovery, and motions practice, and taking depositions. First or second chair trial experience helpful but not mandatory. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers, and we seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Must be qualified to practice law in South Carolina.
