Job Description
Position Summary
Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization. The Office Coordinator oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists management.
This is Full-time position. 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday. Free lunch provided daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence that include phone calls, emails, mail, and packages
- Monitor and order inventory for office and break room supplies
- Schedule appointments, set up meetings and maintain calendars
- Ensure meeting and training rooms are fully stocked with supplies and prepared for attendees
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment, connecting with and escorting vendors
- Prepare reports and presentation materials
- Receive and direct visitors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2-4 years of administrative, facilities, or office experience, preference on exposure to a busy environment
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiar with office equipment and procedures
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds
