HVAC Service Coordinator Qualifications
- Prior dispatch experience and working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing equipment and terminology preferred
- Self-motivated individual who consistently takes personal initiative to advance company goals
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, department personnel, and other company staff
- Tact and empathy to professionally handle sensitive customer concerns
- Effectively communicate customer-described technical issues to service technicians
- Basic account receivables knowledge to facilitate collection from clients

Construction Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Field incoming service calls and customer inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service; direct and dispatch technicians
- Research and resolve customer issues tactfully and professionally
- Assist in leading the service team and operate as the “hub” that coordinates the technician and parts resources to meet the customer’s needs
