Description:

The Edgewater Hotel is the flagship property for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. Are you ready to rock the hospitality world? We're seeking a Front Office Manager who can set the stage for an electrifying guest experience in our rock-inspired hotel. As the maestro of the front desk, you'll harmonize operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, VIP treatment, and a rhythm that keeps guests coming back for encores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Rockstar Reception: Lead the front desk team in delivering legendary service, exuding rockstar charisma, and managing check-ins/check-outs with finesse.
  • Stage Management: Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and ensure the flow of guests is as smooth as a killer guitar riff. Internally, prepares employee schedules according to business forecast maintaining union guidelines.
  • VIP Treatment: Roll out the red carpet for VIP guests, catering to their every whim and making sure their stay hits all the right notes.
  • Crowd Control: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the ease of a seasoned performer, ensuring guest satisfaction reaches fever pitch. A master for solving problems.
  • Backstage Organization: Maintain operational efficiency by overseeing inventory, supplies, and ensuring the front desk team hits their cues flawlessly.
  • Tech Tune-Up: Stay tuned into technology, managing reservation systems and troubleshooting any tech hiccups that could disrupt the show. Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
  • Always Rockin': Must be open to a variable schedule.

Salary: $80,000 Plus 10% bonus potential

Requirements

You own this if you have…

  • You are a team player with leadership, management, and team-building skills
  • You are a great trainer and mentor
  • You can manage competing priorities and stay calm in stressful situations
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years of previous management experience, union management a plus!
  • Previous experience with HMS Systems is a plus!
