Job Description

Position summary:
Our Project Manager, or PM, is responsible for planning and overseeing materials handling automation projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with their given deliverables.
 
Job Duties
·         Project scheduling
·         Cost and budget tracking
·         Purchasing
·         Subcontractor management
·         Customer interface
·         Job Inventory tracking
·         Site commissioning execution
·         Integration
·         Documentation
·         Project closeout
·         Willingness to travel approximately 60%
 
Skills:
·         Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
·         Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
·         Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
·         Objective Oriented – Able to identify risks and comprehend project goals.

Required Experience and Education:
·         Bachelor's Degree – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
·         Experienced with, and comfortable in construction environment.
